That this writ application is being filed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs, direction/ directions, order / orders commanding the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization of his service in accordance with the Government policy dated 16.3.2006 as also the policy decision of the Govt. dated 13.11.2019 and extend him the consequential benefits thereof as the petitioner has more than 240 working days prior to 11.12.1990 and is still being engaged on

Patna High Court CWJC No.20724 of 2021(2) dt.29-03-2024 2/2 daily wage basis time to time as per availability of the work in the Sub- Division, Navgachhia."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
