To cut short the matter, the Secretariat of the Hon'ble Chancellor has communicated to the Vice-Chancellor of Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University, Darbhanga the decision of His Excellency with regard to the approval of draft regulation and ordinance for the two years diploma course in Ayurvedic Pharmacist course being run under the Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University. The necessary decision is dated 28.04.2016. The objection so raised must be met by the university forthwith and they are directed to resubmit the draft regulation and ordinance for approval of His Excellency at the shortest possible time without dragging the matter too long keeping in mind that certain students have already been granted admissions and they are pursuing their studies which will have its own fall out.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14777 of 2015 dt.18-07-2016 3/3 Writ application is disposed off with direction and observation as above upon the Vice-Chancellor of the university to do the needful.
