JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.2.2016 in a case registered under Sections 370 and 371 of the Indian Penal Code but the informant's son has already returned to his home and his statement has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. Although the rest so-called victims have not been returned as yet but investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31616 of 2016 (2) dt.17-08-2016 2/2 Barachatti P.S. Case No.15 of 2014.
