The petitioner is the sole accused in Sessions Trial No. 222 of 2014 in the court of Addl. District & Sessions Judge 1st, Saran at Chapra. The allegation against him is referable under Section 498A read with Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code. It is no doubt true that he is accused of pouring kerosene oil and setting the deceased on fire. The fact however remains that investigation was already completed and charge-sheet was filed. Therefore, this application is allowed. Prayer for bail is granted. The petitioner, namely, Nandu Sah shall be released on bail on furnishing bail of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra,
