Case No.129 of 2013 instituted under Sections-323, 341, 354, 448, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-3 (x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners draws attention of this Court to the fact that the dispute is essentially related to children which has laid to such an allegation which is unfound. Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioners, namely, Dhaula Singh alias Kusheshwar Singh, Arun Singh and Rogaha Singh alias Bhagendra Singh shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with
