The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 65 of 2019 (G.R. No. 430 of 2019), registered under Sections 323/307/328/498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that this a second case and from perusal of para 37 of the case diary, it appears that no injury has found and also not found the presence

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56094 of 2019(4) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 of poison in the body. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gurua P.S.
