2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2023 dated 25.05.2023 registered for the offences punishable u/s 395 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, the informant is an employee of Dikhsha Indian Gas. It is alleged that four unknown miscreants entered the office of the informant and threatened his co-employee and looted 2 lakhs kept in the office counter, on the point of pistol.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He has committed no offence. The Petitioner is not named in the FIR and the same has been lodged against unknown persons. The name of the petitioner has come into light, on the basis of extra judicial confessional statement of the co-accused Prakash Kumar. Nothing incriminating/looted articles have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. No T.I. Parade has been done. He is languishing in judicial custody since 09.10.2023. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has one antecedent. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused Prakash Kumar has been granted bail vide order dated 29.02.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79112 of 2023 by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62577 of 2024(2) dt.23-09-2024 3/3 bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2023.
7. The application stands allowed.
