JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 06-12-2018 The claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment has been rejected under impugned order dated 11.03.2017 relying upon the departmental decision contained in letter no. 957 dated 28.06.2005. Clause 4 of the same, as per the impugned order, lays down that in case of the son of the second wife his claim would not be admissible for compassionate appointment.

Counsel for the petitioner is not able to make out any case as to how rejection on the basis of departmental decision is bad. In view of the aforesaid situation, there is no case for
