The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chauradano P.S. Case No. 49 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section-414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections25(i-b) and 35 of the Arms Act. According to prosecution case, co-accused, Dhuman Ram was arrested by the police and on interrogation, the aforesaid Dhuman Ram disclosed that this petitioner facilitated his associates namely, Kavid Hussain @ Kavi in fleeing from the place of occurrence and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner and moreover, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28577 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chauradano P.S. Case No. 49 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
