ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2018 in connection with Laxmipur (Gidhaur) P.S. Case No.309 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 34 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries of one country-made pistol and two live cartridge have been saddled on the shoulders of the petitioner, though they were not recovered from his conscious possession. The petitioner has already been in jail for more than a year. It is further submitted that the other cases which have been numbered in paragraph 3 of the bail petition, the

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sumit Kumar Singh, J.M. 1st Class, Jamui, in connection with Laxmipur (Gidhaur) P.S. Case No.309 of 2018.
