2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 87 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased, who is in jail since 07.04.2025 and is accused of torturing and killing his wife for dowry. During investigation, it has emerged that the deceased committed suicide.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Purnea / concerned Court below in connection with Sessions Trial No. 359 of 2025 arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 87 of 2025.
