The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case he is granted a liberty to file representation regarding his grievances before the respondent no.4 and the respondent no.4 may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a specified time frame. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a composite representation before the respondent no.4 within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.4 is directed to dispose of the same within four weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
