1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by order dated 22.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.47446 of 2024. It is submitted that police station of the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No.47446 of 2024 was recorded as Nautan, when it ought to have been Goreakothi.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the order dated 22.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.47446 of 2024 is modified to the extent that the police station of the petitioner shall be read as Goreakothi instead of Nautan.

4. The order dated 22.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.47446 of 2024 is modified to the extent indicated above.
