The petitioner seeks bail in Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 188 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the FIR, this petitioner along with co-accused Sonu Kumar caught hold of the deceased and co-accused Hare Krishna Srivastava fired upon the chest of informant's brother resulting into his death.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that as per the FIR petitioner is not the assailant of deceased and he is only alleged to have caught hold of the deceased. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 20.09.2021. Investigation is complete.

Case No. 188 of 2019.
