2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 108 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It has been alleged that the petitioner is the assailant of the victim but it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2024 and the injury caused to the injured is simple in nature.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and also the fact that the injury caused is simple in nature, this application is

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Biraul, Darbhanga/concerned Court below in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 108 of 2021.

6. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
