It is stated that the girl has already been recovered with four months pregnancy and her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has been recorded before the Magistrate. Since she was not willing to go with her parents, an order has been passed by the court concerned to send her to After Care Home.

However, it is made clear that we have not stated anything which would negate the remedy available to the concerned persons in law.
