3. Having regard to the same, the name of the petitioner No. 1 be read as "Arti Kumari, wife of Rajendra Prasad Sharma, Resident of North Jai Prakash, Road No. 5 A.G. Colony, P.S. Rajeev Nagar, District-Patna" in place of "Arti Kumari, daughter of Rajendra Prasad Sharma, Resident of North Jai Prakash, Road No. 5 A.G. Colony, P.S. Rajeev Nagar, District-Patna" in the order dated 29.07.2024 passed in CWJC No. 10815 of 2024.

4. Registry is directed to make necessary changes in the cause title in CWJC No. 10815 of 2024. The order dated 29.07.2024 passed in CWJC No. 10815 of 2024 is modified to the extent indicated.
