The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case he is granted a liberty to file representation regarding his grievance, as mentioned in the writ petition, before the respondent no.8 and the respondent no.8 may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.2459 of 2018 (2) dt.09-03-2018 2/2 within a specified time frame.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a composite representation before the respondent no.8 within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.8 is directed to dispose of the same by four weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
