Patna High Court C. REV. No.339 of 2017 (7) dt.27-06-2018 2/3 The present civil review petition and contempt petition have been filed in respect of order dated 31.07.2017 passed in CWJC No. 19402 of 2012.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that due to clerical error in last paragraph of order dated 31.07.2017 passed in CWJC No. 19402 of 2012, in place of 15% statutory interest per annum, it has wrongly been typed as 15% statutory interest per month.

However, he submits that up till now, the petitioners have not made any payment to opposite party no. 1. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this review petition is allowed and, accordingly, it is ordered that in last paragraph of order dated 31.07.2017 passed in CWJC No. 19402 of 2012, in place of 15% statutory interest per month, it be read as 15% statuary interest per annum and, accordingly, the above stated order stands modified to the above stated extent. However, the petitioners must ensure the compliance of order dated 31.07.2017 passed in CWJC No. 19402 of 2012 by 03.07.2018, if the opposite party no. 1 goes to the office of the petitioners with required documents including PAN Card etc.
