2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 465, 498 (A) , 504, 506 and 34 of IPC and 3/ 4 of the D. P Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the marriage of informant was solemnized with co-accused Dipak Kumar on 21.09.2021 and thereafter she went to her sasural. After some time of marriage, these petitioners along with other co-accused persons harassed and tortured the informant for the demand of dowry and due to non-fulfillment of the same, accused persons threatened the victim with dire consequences and ousted her
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59817 of 2025(2) dt.04-09-2025 2/2 from her matrimonial house.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner No. 1 is father-in-law petitioner No. 2 is mother-inlaw of the victim. They are simply victim of over implications. They are separate in mess and property and have got no concern with the affairs of couple. Specific accusation is against the husband of the victim. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition.
6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioners and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram ( M ) P.S. Case No. 596 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 .
