The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with complaint case no. 407 C of 2011 instituted under section 498-A IPC. and seek anticipatory bail.

The contention of the petitioners is that the husband moved this Court for bail in which an order of reconciliation/mediation was prayed and allowed. In the light of the said order of this Court the husband and wife have now reconciled. Considering the aforesaid fact, the husband namely Sanjay Kumar Swarnkar @ Sanjay Swarnkar has since been released on anticipatory bail vide order dated 26.11.2014 passed in Cr. Misc.
