The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner on the post of peon in High School Hadasa with all legal and consequential benefits as petitioner was appointed on the post of peon on 20.09.89 by the order of District Education Officer Nawada and he was removed from the service vide order bearing memo no. 654 dated 13.03.97 issued by the Regional Director Magadh Commissionary Gaya which was quashed by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 18.08.99 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8565/97 and the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11049 of 2015(2) dt.24-08-2023 2/2 case was remanded back to the Director Education Department Bihar but the he was not reinstated on his post by the respondents."

The learned counsel for the petitioner has made a limited prayer to the effect that despite the order dated 18.08.1999, passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No.8565 of 1997, by which the order of termination of the petitioner was set aside and the Director, Secondary Education was directed to consider the show-cause filed by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders thereon, no final order has been passed till today, hence, a direction be issued to pass the final order. It is directed, accordingly. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
