The petitioners were apprehended with motorcycle and from the dickey of the motorcycle one loaded country made pistol with live cartridge were recovered. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. The motorcycle is not stolen one and no case is reported about the theft of motorcycle. The petitioners have remained in jail for more than seven months. Considering the aforesaid facts the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34480 of 2014 (3) dt.15-01-2015 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Makdumpur (Tehta) P.S. Case No. 135 of 2014.
