2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Vinod Kumar. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. It was co-accused Vinod Kumar, who shot father of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 71 of 2025.
