The petitioner seeks bail in Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 131 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, some unknown miscreants committed theft in the house of informant and took away cash, ornaments and other articles.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. During course of investigation, name of this petitioner transpired in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Madhurendra Kumar who has been granted bail by the court below itself. No stolen article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2021.

Case No. 131 of 2018.
