Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 28 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections- 414, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. During investigation no specific material has come against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2017.
