2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 15 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 325, 379, 354, 448, 504, 506/34 of the IPC.

3. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he dashed the informant on the ground and started assaulting her. He also inflicted rod blow on her head and snatched her golden chain.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has submitted further that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64586 of 2024(2) dt.23-09-2024 2/2 petitioner and his wife have also been badly assaulted by the members of prosecution side and wife of the petitioner has suffered grievous injuries. There is case and counter case. The petitioner is under custody since 11.07.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 15 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii) The petitioner shall remain present physically on each and every date before the court below till framing of the charges.
