Case No. 29 of 2016 , G.R. No. 537 of 2016 registered for the offence under section 272, 273, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(A) of the Excise Act, have prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are in custody since 1st April 2016. He further submits that from the cattle shed recovery of about more than 248 liters of country made liquor was shown. It was alleged that the said cattle shed was of the petitioners.
