Petitioner is accused in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 06 of 2017 registered under Sections 363/366A/365 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the statement of the victim was recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C. in which she herself stated that she fell in love with this petitioner and married with him according to her sweet will and in the Medical Examination, her age was assessed by the Doctor in between 16 to 17 years. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 09.01.2017.
