The petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Complaint Case No. C2/138/2017 registered for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. As per the prosecution case, 18 litres of Nepali Saufi wine is said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi/Successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No. C2/138/2017.
