The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Thakurganj P.S. Case No. 105 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 120B, 467, 486 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner was unknown to the real fact and his intention was not to cheat anyone. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
