JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 26-02-2018 Having heard learned counsel for the appellant, we find no infirmity in the order passed by the learned Writ Court warranting reconsideration. However, if the petitioner feels that he has also certain right in the shop in question, he may represent the Nagar Parishad, Bodh Gaya, Gaya and it would be for the Nagar Parishad to consider his grievance while deciding the question of cancellation of allotment of original petitioner Lakhan Singh. With the aforesaid observation, the matter stands disposed of.
