JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-08-2025 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 206 of 2025 dated 30.04.2025 registered for the offences punishable under sections 111(3), 317(2) and 317(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

2. Heard Mr. Madhurendra Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms. Suman Kumari Singh, learned APP appearing for the State and perused the FIR as well as the trial court's order.

3. Considering the petitioner's fair and clean antecedent, his custody period and completion of investigation against him and mainly petitioner's the plea that there is no independent witness to the seizure of the alleged stolen motorcycle, coupled with the petitioner's young age, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
