2. The simple grievance of the petitioner relates to nonpayment of admitted dues of difference of salary on account of grant of Assured Career Progression to him with effect from 09.08.1999 up to 2018.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent No. 2, from which, it appears that the petitioner's claim that he was granted ACP with effect from the date in question, is not denied. It has further been stated in paragraph-8 of the counter affidavit that the District Indigenous Medical Officer, District Joint

Patna High Court CWJC No.17733 of 2019 dt.23-10-2019 2/2 Dispensary, Saharsa, has communicated regarding filing of the present writ application clarifying that any development including payment of arrears to the petitioner, should be made as soon as possible.

4. In view of the above, this writ application is disposed of with a direction that let the District Indigenous Medical Officer, District Joint Hospital, Saharsa (respondent No.

4) ensure that the petitioner is paid all admitted legal dues arising out of grant of ACP within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
