JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 01-07-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 19.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2023 of 2015 for correcting the name of petitioner no. 3 as Tima @ Kapildeo Choudhary instead of Tima @ Kalideo Choudhary. The said mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition. The order dated 19.01.2015 passed in Cr.

Misc. No. 2023 of 2013 is modified to the extent that let the name of petitioner no. 3 be read as Tima @ Kapildeo Choudhary instead of Tima @ Kalideo Choudhary.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27990 of 2015 (2) dt.01-07-2015 2/2 The period of surrender is also extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The order dated 19.01.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 92 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria.
