Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the reliefs claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner is prepared to file a detailed representation before the Principal Secretary, Department of Ayush, Bihar, Patna. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he would be satisfied if an appropriate direction be issued by this Court to the Principal Secretary, Department of Ayush, Bihar, Patna to dispose of his representation on merit after giving an

Patna High Court CWJC No.12135 of 2016(5) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a fixed time frame by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

3. The aforesaid prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Principal Secretary, Department of Ayush, Bihar, Patna within one month from today and if such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The entire exercise must be completed within a period of six months from the date the representation is filed by the petitioner.

5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ application is disposed of. All pending interlocutory application(s), if any, shall also be deemed to have been disposed of.
