JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 409, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.38022 of 2014 (3) dt.13-03-2015 2 / 2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for similar offence/charge, they were proceeded departmentally, in which they have been absolved. They further submit that coaccused with similar allegations have already been granted bail, copy of which has been annexed as Annexures- 7 and 8 in Cr. Misc. No.38022 of 2014.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today the petitioners, named above, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, Supal in connection with Birpur P.S.
