2. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Trial No. 1160 of 2023 (C.No. 1080 of 2022) registered for the offences punishable under Section 498 (A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is that due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry the complainant was assaulted by the petitioner and other family members.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case. He is ready to keep his wife with full owner and dignity. The matter was sent to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61511 of 2023(4) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 mediation and as per the mediation report, it appears that both the parties have compromised the matter and residing together as husband and wife.
5. Learned APP for the State also conceded the aforesaid fact.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Trial No. 1160 of 2023 (Complaint Case No. 1080 of 2022), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
