2. The present application has been filed for grant of extension of time for surrender and furnishing bail bond by modification of order dated 15.04.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 36873 of 2014 in terms of which the petitioners had been granted anticipatory bail.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that owing to illness the petitioner could not be surrendered within the time granted by the Court, who had been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

4. In the interest of justice, the time granted for surrender before the learned Court below in terms of order dated 15.04.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 36873 of 2014 is extended by four weeks from today.
