The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 504, 506, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Shri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the informant, at the outset, submits that the informant does not want to pursue the present case as on intervention of the wellwishers, the parties have compromised as such it is submitted that no useful purpose would be served by sending the petitioner to jail.

In view of the submissions made by the learned

No.70470 of 2021(3) dt.08-09-2022 2/2 counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No. 90 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
