The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that while his wife was returning after attending the call of nature, the petitioners are alleged to have abused her and it is alleged that all the accused persons assaulted the informant.

It is submitted that there is counter version. The occurrence took place due to children. The informant got only one injury which is simple in nature .

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34838 of 2014 (3) dt.11-03-2015 2/2 the court below within a period of four weeks from today are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Buxar in Buxar (Ind.) P.S. Case No. 37 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
