Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Saharsa Sadar P. S. case no. 19/2014 registered under sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. At the very outset, it is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused Hukum Yadav and others against whom, there is serious allegation than that of the petitioner have already been admitted to anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 20.5.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21595/2015 and analogous cases.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, I have no option but to allow this petition and accordingly, with an intent to maintain parity of justice, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be
