The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 448, 323, 324, 325, 329, 427, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that this petitioner gave farsha blow on the left arm of Bibi Shahjkadi.

From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2016. Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
