1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.
2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the only grievance of the petitioner, which remains to be redressed, is for consideration of her case for promotion on the post of Headmaster. He submits that in the case of Raghvendra Sharma and others v. The State of Bihar
Patna High Court CWJC No.11824 of 2016(7) dt.27-08-2024 2/3 and Others (CWJC No. 15610 of 2018), a co-ordinate Bench of this Curt has directed for exercise to be done by the Committee for the purpose of fixing the seniority as per the 1993 Rules every year and to consider the promotion of the teachers with retrospective effect, i.e. the date on which the teacher became eligible for promotion.
3. Learned Counsel for the State submits that the District Teachers Promotion Committee may be directed to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law.
4. Having heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned and taking into consideration the nature of prayer and the order passed by this Court, in the case of Raghvendra Sharma (supra), the present writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the District Teachers Promotion Committee within a period of two weeks from today along with all relevant documents and if such a representation is filed, the Committee will be obliged to pass a reasoned order on the claim of the petitioner, in the light of the order passed in the case of Raghvendra Sharma (supra), within a period of three months from the date of filing of the
