09.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In view of the stand taken in the counter affidavit that all admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty that if anything further remains, he shall make a representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Rohtas at Sasaram.

In view of the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off with the liberty aforesaid. If such a representation is filed within six weeks along with a copy of

Patna High Court CWJC No.16780 of 2008 (6) dt.09-01-2015 2/2 this order, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Rohtas at Sasaram shall dispose off the same with a reasoned order within three weeks. If any further payment is required to be made, the same shall also be paid to the petitioner within the next three weeks.
