JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 20-03-2023 The petitioner is wife of the Ex-Chairman, who was arrested and involved in a criminal case due to which the license of the PDS shop has been cancelled way back in the year 2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the wife has now been made as the Chairman and therefore, the license be renewed and the same is allotted to the society PACS.
This Court finds that it is a case of collusion between the erstwhile Chairman and his wife to get the PDS shop. In situations like this, the claim that the PDS license is in claim of
Patna High Court CWJC No.13014 of 2016(3) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 PACS will have no application. The writ petition is devoid of merit and is accordingly dismissed.
