2. Today, the matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders (On Petitions)'. Perusal of record shows an I.A.No.01 of 2022 has been filed by the petitioners for expunging the names of respondent nos. 1 & 2 from the records and substituting the names of their legal heirs/representatives in their place.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 & 4

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.515 of 2021(3) dt.02-07-2024 2/2 submits that the present petition has become infructuous since Title Appeal No. 29 of 2013, in which the impugned order has been passed, has been dismissed on 01.11.2023.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a restoration petition has already been filed.

5. Since the aforesaid Title Appeal No. 29 of 2013, in which the impugned order has been passed, has been dismissed, this petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of as such.

6. However, in order to get the record straight, I.A.No.01/2022 stands allowed.
