The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case No.409 of 2021 registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354B, 506, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is submitted that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner although specific allegation is attributed to the coaccused Sujit Chandravanshi. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61107 of 2022(2) dt.11-04-2023 2/2 parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Barun P.S. Case No.409 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
