Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.

From the house of the petitioner articles for manufacturing the country made liquor were recovered along with some manufacturing country made liquor.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery was made from the joint family house and only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of accusation, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24953 of 2015 (3) dt.03-07-2015 2/2 learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
