The petitioner seeks bail in Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 07 of 2013 registered under section 363/366 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 12.11.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42965/2013.It is the second attempt of the petitioner but from the perusal of the record it appears that the victim herself has made allegation against the petitioner that he committed rape with her on the date of occurrence.

Considering the facts I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. The same is rejected. It appears from the record that seven witnesses have already been examined and the trial is at its fag end. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
